Welcome to Léa Dalliès' webpage !

A photo of myself Hello,
I am currently a 2nd year PhD student under the supervision of Grégory Faye at the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse (UMR 5219) of the Université de Toulouse (France). The title of my thesis is : "Propagation phenomena in cellular diffusion models" and consists of studying a PDE-ODEs system which describes biological invasions restricted to an infinite two-dimensional band containing compartments.
Within the institute, I am part of the Partial Differential Equations team, but also organizer of the PhD Students Seminar.
Here is my CV (in french) and the posters that I have done for the seminar on my digital tablet (picnic 2025, autumn 2026).

About me & Research interests

In the future, I would like to collaborate with others scientists around biological questions for which I can bring a piece of response using mathematics. The ideal would be to advance Mathematics and locally, Biology. Regarding my thesis, I am looking at the well-posedness of the problem with the main goal to understand and quantify the spreading properties of my PDE-ODEs system.

In a few words, my research interests are :
